CEO - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Stevens has covered a lot of ground in the transportation, logistics and supply chain industry. His expertise reaches back more than 40 years, beginning his career as a Professional OTR Driver, where he logged more than 1.5 million miles on the road. After moving away from the road, Joe successfully started, operated and sold his own trucking company, growing JMS Transport from 1 truck to a total fleet count of 650 trucks nationwide. Additionally, Joe was Division President of XPO Logistics for several years, a multi-billion-dollar third party logistics company and was instrumental in their growth strategies and initiatives. He continues to serve on several transportation advisory councils and is an active member within the Board membership community

Co Founder and COO of TRAUXIT
Previously, Neil led AT&T CA and NV operations at Sutherland Global Service, overseeing 2000+ team members. In e-commerce, he facilitated the shipment of 18 million+ products from the EU to Middle East.
As a Senior Advisor for NATO's NSPA division, he lent expertise to aerospace firms. In 2022, Neil founded TRAUXIT Group, focusing on app development, garment production, and US distribution.
With a BA in Modern Management and Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Neil combines strategic and analytical prowess.
Beyond work, Neil enjoys chess, table tennis, and horse riding. He brings seven years of military service and security clearance to his diverse background.

Mr. O’Brien has a 20-year plus history of strategic accounts sales and management in a fortune 500 environment and a background in advertising. Formal training, such as Challenger and multiple Dale Carnegie programs, has led to comprehensive knowledge of strategic and targeted sales processes which is reinforced by proven success in relationship management, working within all levels of current and potential clients, while deepening relationships and positioning projects successfully from corporate level down. Mr. O’Brien is also attuned to new business development, prospect process to cultivation and negotiating major/national accounts, bolstered by his understanding of multiple customer relationship management tools.
In his free time, Mr. O’Brien enjoys traveling, boating, biking and spending time outdoors with family and friends..

After changing careers from medical insurance customer service and claims to the trucking industry, Mr. Bell has 28.5 years of driving experience and over 1.9 million miles logged. In his years of trucking, he has always utilized his customer service training into his delivery service. He sees this as the backbone in creating solid business relationships. His philosophy has always been that trucking is beyond driving and as a way of life - how you live that life dictates how well you'll do. 22 of his 28.5 years in trucking has been in the position of owner-operator. Mr. Bell sees this experience as extremely beneficial in the development of TRAUXIT.
